Regional Summit

 

How do I join the in-person events in each country?

In-person attendance to our regional events are by invitation only. However, the general public can register to attend specific events online for free e.g. Summits, Conferences, Masterclasses and Forums. Due to the overwhelming interest in specific events, we cannot accommodate everyone in-person.

 

 

How will the Summit in Malaysia be conducted?

The Cooler Earth Sustainability Summit in Malaysia is a two-day event, with a Summit on the 11th of September, and Masterclasses on the 12th of September. Click here for more information about the Summit.

 

 

How will the Summit in Indonesia be conducted?

 

The Sustainability Conference in Indonesia is a half-day event. Participants across the region can register to join the Summit in-person or online. Click here for more information about the Summit.

 

 

How will the Summit in Thailand be conducted?

The Sustainability Forum in Thailand is a one-day event on 18th of September. Participants across the region can register to join the Summit in-person or online. Click here for more information about the Summit.

 

 

Can I attend the Experiential Learning sessions?

The experiential learning sessions are open to all participants. However, due to limited slots, we encourage you to register, and you will be notified closer to the event date if you have been given a slot.

 

 

Can I attend the masterclasses?

General public across the region can register to participate in the masterclasses sessions online.  For more queries and technical assistance, please email sustainabilityevents@cimb.com

How do I join the online sessions?

You must be registered before you can access the live streaming event. 

 

If you are joining via computer, click on the links provided in the email. You will need Windows 10 or Mac OS X 10.6-8. Use Google Chrome (latest 3 versions) and Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based latest 3 versions and RS2 or later) for the best experience. Internet Explorer, Safari and Explorer are not supported.

 

If you are joining via mobile or tablet, click on the links provided in the email and the login page will open via your browser automatically.  Please sign in before you join the session.

 

For registered users, simply key in the same email and password that was used when setting up access to the streaming site for the first time.

 

 

Where do I get the links to the online sessions?

We will send out email reminders with the link to the online sessions, calendar invites and upcoming agenda of the Summit. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder OR your promotions tab (Gmail users). 

 

 

Will there be a recording of the Summit?

Yes. You can view the recording of this year’s summit on The Cooler Earth website after the event.

 

 

Can I view previous online sessions?

Videos from the previous Summit have been posted under the “Past Summits” on The Cooler Earth Website.

Yes, we will be sending invitations to the media.

 

 

After completing the registration, will I receive an email confirmation?

Yes, if you do not receive your email confirmation within 24 hours, please check your email spam folder

 

 

I am unable to attend the event. Can my colleague attend on my behalf?

Yes, that is possible. Kindly request for your colleague to complete the registration form. As spaces are limited, confirmation of a seat will be shared closer to the event date. 

 

 

Can I get an invitation letter to acquire a VISA to attend the event?

Sure, we are happy to assist. Kindly email sustainabilityevents@cimb.com the details you require in the invitation letter, and when you will need it.

 

 

Will there be discounted hotel rates?

We have Corporate Room rates for guests that choose to stay at the Majestic KL during the course of the conference. Kindly contact enquiry@MajesticKL.com and indicate that you are a guest for CIMB's The Cooler Earth Summit and would like CIMB corporate rates. 

 

 

What is the dress code for the event/conference?

The dress code for the event/conference is business formal.

 

 

Is there complimentary parking?
