Gopalasamy Reuben Clements is a Sustainable Finance Specialist with the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), where he currently develops and manages ZSl’s Nature-based Solutions (NBS) portfolio in Southeast Asia. Reuben has 18 years of experience as a conservation scientist and finished as a full Professor after an 8-year academic career in Malaysia. After serving as Vice-President of the Malaysian non-profit Rimba, Reuben co-founded Nature Based Solutions (NBS), a Malaysian developer and implementer of NBS projects. Reuben has an MSc and BSc in Biology from the National University of Singapore, and a PhD in Conservation Science from James Cook University, Australia.
