Victoria leads the GlobeScan team in Asia Pacific, overseeing offices in Hong Kong and Singapore and working with clients across the region. She is a sustainability professional with extensive international experience committed to integrating committed to integrating sustainability and wellness principles into business operations.

She focuses on creating sustainability strategies for multinational and local companies, supporting organisations to understand and meet ESG regulations, engaging with key stakeholders to understand priorities and expectations, advising on rapidly changing markets, and establishing goals and metrics to achieve impact and drive sustainability performance. She has worked with companies including Swire Properties, Coca Cola, AIA, Accenture, Colliers International, Hang Lung Properties, and the Asian Development Bank amongst others.

Victoria holds an MSc in Corporate Responsibility plus LEED, WELL & RESET AP qualifications. A regular speaker and moderator at industry and community events both online and offline, and she speaks conversational Mandarin.
