Chief Executive Officer of Indonesia Stock Exchange

Iman Rachman was appointed as President Director of IDX at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 29, 2022.

He began his career as Manager at PT Danareksa Sekuritas (1998-2003), then Director of Investment Banking at PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2003-2016), Finance Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (2016-2018), Finance Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) ) (2018-2019), and President Director of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Asset (Persero) (2019-2020). His last position before serving as Director of the IDX was Director of Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development of PT Pertamina (Persero) (2020-2022).

Iman obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from Padjadjaran University in 1995 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance from Leeds University Business School in 1997.
