Mr. Lucas Kurniawan was appointed as President Director in November 2021. He joined PT Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk. (“ANJ Group) on 1 September 2014 and was appointed as the Group Finance Director in November 2014. Mr. Lucas Lucas has more than 28 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining ANJ Group, he was a partner at Tanudiredja, Wibisana & Rekan Registered Public Accountants (“KAP”), a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd (2011-2014), and an audit partner at KPMG Ltd., Vietnam (2007-2011) and a partner at KAP Siddharta, Siddharta & Widjaja, a member of KPMG International (2005 – 2007). Mr. Lucas is also a member of the Indonesian Institute of Accountants and the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  

Since 2016, he has led digital transformation in ANJ Group, including the implementation of the most recent and advanced ERP platform to enable multi-location data processing promptly, the performance of the mobile digital system for agronomy planning and recording, execution of mobile digital traceability on oil palm fresh fruit bunches and edamame supplied by independent smallholders and implementation of digital technology in mapping combined with artificial intelligence for sago harvesting planning and agronomy management in oil palm plantation. The abovementioned digital transformation has placed ANJ Group at the forefront of technology implementation in the palm oil industry.
