She is recognised as a leading individual by the Who's Who Legal – The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers in the area of Corporate Governance and has been named as a distinguished practitioner and leading individual in for her takeovers, mergers & acquisitions and cross borders transactions work by several leading publications such as Chambers Global and Chambers Asia-Pacific, Legal 500 Asia-Pacific, IFLR1000 and Who's Who Legal – The International Who's Who of Business Lawyers.

To' Puan Janet has been advising corporations on environmental issues and directors’ liabilities for over a decade and in this context, organised and moderated the Climate Change & Directors’ Duties Webinar held jointly by Skrine with the Climate Governance Malaysia the Malaysian Chapter of the World Economic Forum's Climate Governance Initiative. In addition, she has contributed to publications such as the Lexology GTDT Corporate Governance in Malaysia 2021, the Lex Mundi Climate Change Guide (2021), the latest being the Malaysian chapter of the new legal Primer produced jointly by the Commonwealth Climate and Law Initiative and the Climate Governance Initiative (CGI), the “Primer on Climate Change: Directors’ Duties and Disclosure Obligations” (June 2021).
