Kim Fong is currently the APAC CFO for Systems Business in IBM and has 24 years of working experience of which 17 years in managerial/leadership roles. This spans across business units which includes Systems, Software, Strategic Outsourcing and Business Consulting Services. Prior to this role, Kim Fong was the APAC Consolidation Manager, ASEAN CFO for Global Technology Services, ASEAN Pricing Leader, etc. In her current role, she partners actively with APAC Technology GM and the leadership team on offering strategy and portfolio mix to drive profitable revenue growth and win in marketplace.  

As financial stewards, she focuses her team on data automation and AI to drive business insights, predictive metrics, and recommended solutions to enable business success. She also provides leadership to her team to drive finance transformation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) relentlessly, through leveraging on Tools and simplifying Process to do things more effectively, efficiently and consistently across APAC. This has proven results with finance team reorganizing themselves as squad to better share experience and support the business team.
