Cynthia has over 20 years of experience in working on community-based empowerment and gender equality. Since moving to Singapore in 2010, she has developed her practice further into the area of sustainability and corporate responsibility. In this capacity, she has worked as part of a UN mandated coalition relating to the implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights in National Action Plans across the Global South. Since joining Forum for the Future, Cynthia has worked extensively within the palm oil sector, the dairy sector and others on areas relating to regenerative agriculture and developing a future fit protein system.
