Sustainability advocate with over 13 years of experience, of which 8.5 in Asia, Cécile fosters responsible business activities through a strong and integrated sustainability approach to unlock business value. Her role as ZALORA’s Sustainability Associate Director consists of delivering the company’s sustainability strategy through engaging internal stakeholders across ZALORA’s markets to improve its sustainability performance.

Cecile is strongly involved in the development and implementation of sustainability policies and procedures across the region in accordance with ZALORA’s high ethical standards and in relation to ZALORA’s four sustainability pillars, i.e., Environmental Footprint, Sustainable Consumption, Ethical Sourcing, and Responsible Workplace & Community Engagement. She continuously works towards the objective of generating a high-level of engagement amongst all key internal stakeholders which includes managing the Regional Sustainability Committee to drive progress in ZALORA’s sustainability agenda.
