Jet Urmeneta has 20 years of experience working on labour, human rights, and supply chain social responsibility issues. She is part of the global team that develops and implements capacity building programmes and strategies focused on helping corporate brands, employers, social responsibility practitioners, and other stakeholders to find solutions for their biggest social risks. She has significant international experience on issues of forced labour and trafficking, conducting assessments of different migration corridors on forced labour risks and issues, and leading audits for special investigations for factory-based foreign contract worker recruitment practices. She has conducted training and consulting on the implementation of ethical recruitment and employment standards.
