Richard has been working in insurance industry for 25 years. He is the head of Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) in WTW Asia, supported by a global team of over 80 mathematicians, actuaries, engineers, scientists and risk consultants. Richard is responsible for origination, structuring and execution of ART solutions, including weather solutions, Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) and Captive solutions for large corporate companies and government in Asia. Richard graduated from Shandong University in China with Master of Science. Richard is a Fellow of The Insurance Institute of Canada and he also holds MBA degree from University of Toronto.
