Dr. Adrian Fenton recently joined WWF Singapore as a Vice President in the Asia Sustainable Finance Initiative team. His work involves supporting central banks and financial institutions to integrate sustainability into their structures and processes, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to joining WWF, Adrian worked for the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group where he led on city-level engagement in national climate change planning processes and city diplomacy at the UNSG Climate Action Summit. Before that, he worked as a National Advisor to the Government of Fiji during their UNFCCC COP Presidency during which he developed their National Adaptation Plan and presented at COP24 alongside the Fijian Prime Minister. Adrian recently received his PhD which focused on climate change risks to both financial institutions and clients, during which he won several research awards and scholarships.
