Dr. Mark J. Greeven is a Chinese-speaking Dutch Professor of Innovation and Strategy. For over a decade he has been collaborating with Chinese innovative companies and entrepreneurial multinationals. Thousands of executives have followed his workshops on innovation, strategy and China. He is one of the “2017 Thinkers50 Radar list of 30 next-generation business thinkers”, an annual ranking that the Financial Times deemed the “Oscars of Management Thinking”.
Mark has written Business Ecosystems in China: Alibaba and Competing Baidu, Tencent, Xiaomi and LeEco (Routledge, 2017) and forthcoming Pioneers, Hidden Champions, Change Makers and Underdogs: Lessons from China’s Innovators (MIT Press, 2019). Mark has taught dozens of courses on business ecosystems, innovation, strategy and entrepreneurship at global universities such as IMD Business School, Zhejiang University, Erasmus University Rotterdam School of Management, Duke University Kunshan, East China Normal University, emlyon business school and Technical University Berlin.
