Manager, Client and Consulting Services, LeadWomen Sdn Bhd

Liza Liew Zhun Ying is the Manager for Client and Consulting Services at LeadWomen Sdn Bhd, where she has been making significant contributions since 2019. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Bath, Liza brings a strong academic background and a deep understanding of human behaviour to her role.

At LeadWomen, she supports multiple organisations at various stages of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) maturity, assisting them with advocacy, capacity building, and implementation initiatives. Her experience includes co-designing and executing women-centric public programmes such as the UN Women Women’s Empowerment Principle (WEPs) Activator Malaysia Campaign, LeadWomen’s 6-month signature programme on Women in Leadership’s digital transformation, the Global Women on Boards programme, and the Emerging Women Leaders programme.
