Manager – Social and Human Rights
Mr. Terence Too Yang-Yau is Manager – Social and Human Rights at Earthworm Foundation. He has over 20 years of experience lies in the area of international relations, development and public policy. His research work and interests include social welfare policies and programmes, development policy, and labour migration. He has been appointed as a national researcher and consultant for various migration- and human rights-related projects under the World Bank, UNICEF, ILO, and UN-Habitat.
Mr. Terence holds a Master of Science in International Relations from Bristol University and has served in various capacities at local and international organisations, including the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS) Malaysia, UNICEF Malaysia, The WorldFish Centre, and the Socio-economic and Environmental Research Institute Penang.
