Dr. Kishore Ravuri is one of the leading sustainability practitioners in Malaysia and is currently the Head of Sustainability for Dutch Lady Milk Industries (DLMI) Berhad. In his current role, he is responsible for driving ESG integration efforts as well as for devising and operationalising sustainability frameworks, policies and programmes, while building capacity and reputation of DLMI as a responsbile business. 

Prior to joining DLMI, he was the Chief Impact Officer of one of the only two Benefit Corporations or B-Corps (in Malaysia), IMPACTO Sdn Bhd. Besides consulting and coaching business leaders on responsible and inclusive business practices, as a pracademic, he also served as an Assessor at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. Dr. Ravuri is also the CoFounder, DEI Lead and Secretariat of CEO Action Network - an informal coalition of leaders from nearly 60 leading corporations of Malaysia committed to inspire definitive action for sustainability leadership.

Beyond DLMI, KisH is the lead for CIMB's GreenBizReady Sustainable SMEs Adoption Initiative, which raises awareness as well as mentor high potential SMEs in Malaysia on sustainable business principles at Zero Cost. He also sits on the Advisory Council of Sustainability Leadership Kosovo. In his free time, he is busy planning the set-up of an IMPACT Foundation in India, which will be developing bespoke rural community projects enshrining the concepts of democratic education, socio-economic empowerment and financial inclusion.
