Mr. David Toh is a senior manager in PwC Malaysia's Assurance practice. He has over 10 years of experience in audit, assurance and advisory services for public-listed and multinational corporations in a wide range of industries.

David actively supports the ESG reporting and assurance practices in PwC Malaysia. He has facilitated ESG seminars, as well as focus group discussions involving investors in support of PwC Malaysia's ESG thought leadership publications. He also participated in PwC’s global working group on Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) reporting.

David had completed several ESG assurance projects under international frameworks such as the ISAE 3000. This involves providing independent assurance and recommendations to improve the process, governance and controls over ESG data, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, water, waste, and sustainable finance to enhance the credibility of ESG disclosures.

David is a Certified Public Accountant of CPA Australia and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Accounting) from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman.
