Lincoln is the co-founder of Paddi. A social enterprise that fights smallholder farmer poverty by sourcing quality rice from Southeast Asia and reinvesting profits to help smallholder rice farmers get the sustainable agri-tech they desperately need. In 2018, his team were the global champions of the prestigious HULT Prize 2018. He's also a Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia Social Entrepreneur for the class of 2020. Originally from Malaysia, he's studied and worked in both Singapore & the UK and studied Biomedical Sciences at University College London (UCL).
