CIMB ASEAN Scholar 2017

Deborah Wong is a CIMB ASEAN scholar and recent graduate from the University of Toronto. On top of graduating top of her college with the highest academic honour, she was a senior editor at the Trinity College official newspaper and an award-winning debater for the coveted Hart House Debating Society. Her achievements include clinching the title of the Canadian Nationals and emerging as the grand finalist at the Oxford University Inter-varsity Championship. She also broke among the top 16 teams in the world at the Worlds University Debate Championship.
