Ronnie Lim is the senior engagement specialist at Robeco Hong Kong, responsible for active ownership and sustainable investment in Asia Pacific. Ronnie’s role in active ownership includes ESG engagement with portfolio companies to improve their performance, with a focus on corporate governance and shareholder value creation. This includes corporate actions and special situations. Ronnie works closely with the investment and governance teams, to catalyse corporate change by influencing strategy, governance and capital management. He also represents Robeco in public forums, advocating for good corporate governance with regulators and other key stakeholders.
